CHECK-IN: from 15:00 to 22:30
Early check-in, upon reservation, from 10:00 in the morning (EARLY-CHECK-IN), with a supplement of € 30.00.
CHECK-OUT: until 10:30.
Late departure (LATE CHECK-OUT), until 15:00, upon reservation, with a supplement of € 30.00,
after 15:00 with ordinary daily rate.
We recommend booking in advance, both early check-in and late check-out, otherwise they will be subject to actual availability.

How to Guarantee a Reservation:
Reservations can be guaranteed by credit card, via the reservation form, or by bank transfer, of at least 30% of the reservation amount
Cancellation, or modification:
The reservation can be cancelled/modified by email.
No penalty, for reservations of 1 or 2 rooms, for cancellations with at least 3 days notice.
From December 24th to January 6th, the minimum cancellation terms are 10 days,
The cancellation term, for periods coinciding with national events, or for reservations of 3 or 4 rooms, is 10 days.
The cancellation deadline, for periods coinciding with international events, or for bookings of 5 or 6 rooms, is 30 days.
For bookings of more than 6 rooms, the cancellation deadline is 60 days
If the cancellation of the booking occurs after the indicated deadline, and up to the day before the booked period, the full price (not discounted) of the first night will be charged.
Non-smoking hotel
Locanda il Gallo observes the regulations for the protection of health against damage from smoking. All rooms and internal common areas are non-smoking.
We reserve the right to cancel the stay if the provisions of Law 3/2003 and L.R.T 25/2005 are not respected, and to apply a penalty of 100 euros/day
Pets
We are sorry but pets are not allowed inside the rooms
INFO: The Residence Permit is NOT considered a valid document for identification purposes, if not accompanied by an identity document: (Passport – Identity Card).

NOTE: As in all tourist-hotel facilities, people under the age of 18 (eighteen) are not accepted unless accompanied by family members during their stay, or part of groups with a GROUP LEADER who is of age, and in any case provided with a valid identity document

1. Managers of hotels and other accommodation facilities, including those that provide accommodation in tents, caravans, as well as owners or managers of holiday homes and apartments and bed and breakfasts, including managers of non-conventional accommodation facilities, with the exception of Alpine refuges included in a special list established by the region or autonomous province, can provide accommodation exclusively to people in possession of an identity card or
another document suitable for certifying their identity according to the regulations in force.
2. For non-EU foreigners, it is sufficient to show a passport or another document considered equivalent to it under international agreements, provided that it contains a photograph of the holder.
